Road To 3rd Dan 3段之路

我已计划在今年考取黑带3段，这是一条艰苦之路，但有大家的支持，我绝不放弃！





计划考试月份：八月



考试项目:

Pattern - Eui-Am, Choong-Jang, Ko-Dang, Jook-Am + 2 other tuls (maybe more, subject to the examiner)

Self Defence - Holding & Grabbing Attack and Against Knife / Club Attack

Free Sparring - 2 Rounds against 1 opponent & 1 Round against 2 opponents

Power Breaking - 1 Hand & 1 Leg (3 Planks) - Any Technique

Speed Breaking - Suspension 1 hand & 1 Leg (1 Plank) - Any Technique

Special Technique - Any own special tecnique
